Results vary depending on several factors but tyipcal results include:
Total body inches LOST: 10 inch loss average with some losing as much as 15 to 25 inches
Total body fat LOST: 5.5% drop in body fat average with some losing as much as 8-11% body fat.
Total fat weight LOST: 10.2 lbs of fat weight on average with some losing as much as 20-30 lbs of fat weight.

I think Boot Camp is an excellent program. In the Beginning it was very difficult, most likely because I haven't worked out since High School. Just finished my first session of boot camp...what I thought was gonna be another failed attempt at losing weight ended up being a great learning experience! Not only did I learn a better way to workout, but learned better nutrition, how you can actually eat on a diet & not be hungry...try eating 5 to 6 times a day & not be full! It's all about food choices & portions. It was one of the hardest things I've done, but if you're like me, I need someone to push me to lengths I didn't think I could do---to get results! I lost 6.8lbs, 9,25 inches, and 8.9% body fat. My weight distribution shifted and I lost 17.7lbs, of fat mass and gained 10.9lbs of lean muscle. I have always been an active person, but like many people I feel into a rut. I was working out on a regular bases, but I was never getting the results I really wanted. I started to get very discouraged thinking that it wouldn't happen for me. But now I have been working with Aaron for just over two months, and I don't know how I ever worked out without him. I had a co-worker that kept telling me about this great boot camp program she was taking. I started to see the results that she was getting, and she told me how awesome and motivational her trainer was. So I decided to sign up for the next session. From day one Aaron was very personable and motivating. Even though I knew he had several large classes, he always remembered all of us. He was always interested in how we were doing with the program and what struggles we were having, and how he could help us overcome them. One thing I found to be a huge help was not only his training sessions but his nutritional information. He helped me change my eating habits and the way I look at meal time. After the first session I had outstanding results, I lost 11 total inches and 5% body fat. I didn't think it was possible to lose so much in such a short time, but I did it with his help. I can't explain how great it felt to buy new clothes in a smaller size! Aaron is so motivating that he keeps you going when you would usually give up!
